ATB Legacy (Township)

Next was initially engaged to deliver a defined architectural and interior design package for the ATB Legacy Everyday Banking Location in the Legacy neighbourhood at the South edge of Calgary. As the project progressed, ATB required ongoing coordination, refinement, and responsiveness to site-specific conditions and design considerations. This location presented unique constraints, landlord regulations, and operational requirements. Next is proud to have worked closely with the ATB design team in piloting their new Standards Playbook in the build-out of their first Everyday Banking Location.

Throughout the delivery process, Next worked closely with ATB to refine design elements, optimize efficiencies, and streamline solutions as the program unfolded. This included optimizing layouts, resolving constructability considerations, maintaining branding standards, and aligning design decisions with schedule and budget objectives. By remaining actively engaged beyond initial documentation, Next supported ATB in delivering a cohesive and scalable solution that can be utilized across multiple sites.

Next assisted ATB in the extensive coordination required between specialized sub-consultants, security considerations and I.T. backbone, furniture and signage deployment, branding integration, and Executive vision. In summation, the Everyday Banking Location pilot has evolved through a series of bespoke and deliberate solutions, to become a scalable footprint that delivers on complex requirements.
