With a background that spans architecture, heavy timberframe fabrication, and carpentry, Harmen’s 20 years in the industry have equipped him with an ability to traverse the complexities of design and construction in collaborative ways leading to positive outcomes. This construction background helps him speak a shared language with engineers, contractors and trades, a valuable skill during coordination.
Harmen leads our internal technical team in taking our technical ‘game’ to the next level. He is passionate about how software and data can improve the workflows in an architectural practice, and continues to implement incremental changes to workflows that benefit both design and construction on projects of all types and sizes.
