Connor leads our proposals, pursuits, and marketing initiatives. Before arriving to Next, Connor was involved in multiple entrepreneurial initiatives, where he gained valuable experience in business development, operations, and creative strategy. His hands-on experience- building a business, scaling a team, navigating uncertainty taught him how organizations work, what breaks under pressure, and what it takes to align vision with execution. Connor strives to make a difference in his community through education, networking, and community involvement.
